This time I visited Shi Er Guo in the Zhonghe Jingping branch, located in the Dongsen Plaza food street, which opened last year. It's recommended to make an online reservation on holidays to save waiting time. Parking in the basement can be reimbursed, and drinks include lemon winter melon smoothie and black bean tea, which are self-serve. Ordering is done via QR Code.

The ordering process is to first choose the soup base (stone pot, shabu-shabu pot, spicy sister pot, or peeled chili pot +39 TWD), then select the vegetable platter (Aixia meat is a small platter, Aixia vegetables is a large platter), and finally choose the main and side dishes (white rice, vermicelli, or u-long noodles +3 TWD). After dining, you settle the bill at the counter.

This time I ordered:
Shabu-shabu pot (Aixia meat) 238 TWD
Selected pork, white rice, vegetable platter (Aixia meat), plus single order of squid paste 59 TWD, and mountain pepper 39 TWD, also add stone pot friend 39 TWD, New Zealand lamb 69 TWD.

I came for dinner around eight o'clock, and there were still a lot of people, indicating good business. Overall, it was quite standard; there’s nothing much to criticize at this price point, and the portions were quite filling.
