There was a poll earlier to determine the most delicious fried rice in Taiwan.
The first place is Minsheng Fried Rice Specialty in Minsheng Community.
And the eighth place is this one, Hougang Road Egg Fried Rice.

Today I took out shrimp and egg fried rice, clam soup, and seafood soup, totaling 190 yuan.

Shrimp and egg fried rice: This is the eighth of the top ten fried rice in Taiwan. The fried rice hand-fried with a large iron plate is very soft but the grains are distinct. You can feel the aroma of the iron plate frying between the rice grains.
The shrimps are quite big and quite chewy.
You can choose whether to add sauce to the fried rice. After adding sauce, it will have a different flavor and a rich aroma, which is worth trying.

Clam soup: I prefer this clam soup to fried rice.
The clams are very big and there are quite a lot of them.
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook all the fresh and sweet taste of the clams into the soup.
Finally add a lot of shredded ginger for flavor.
I've had clam chowder from many stores, and this is definitely the best I've ever had.

Seafood soup: It is slightly different from clam soup. In addition to some clams, there are also some fresh oysters and mushrooms in the soup. The fishy removal work is changed from shredded ginger to fresh and sweet shredded bamboo shoots. It is super delicious.
Occasionally when I get tired of clam soup, I'll switch to seafood soup. It's hard to tell whether it's delicious or not.

Fresh oyster soup: Although I didn’t drink it today, the flavor was changed from shredded ginger to pickled cabbage, so it’s still worth recommending.

Overall, there are already recognized rankings. Is there any reason not to recommend them? Of course it’s a blast 👍

Recommended to everyone!
