🌟You need to book online first, and decide whether to take away or dine in when the door opens.
🌟No reservations, low consumption desserts, no more than four people allowed
"Xiaoman Pastry" is a late-night dessert shop located in the alley of the residential area of Fuqian Road in Tainan. This is a shop with the most amazing ordering method I have ever seen. At midnight on the same day, it will announce what desserts will be available tomorrow. You can book online first and then open the door. You can choose to dine in or take out, and products not picked up that day will be released after 10:30.
To put it simply, to eat their late-night desserts, you have to reserve them in advance. You have to go to the venue after 10:30 to find out whether any desserts will be released, which is a bit troublesome for me. It will make you decide what to eat that day.
Since there was no dine-in available that day, I just took it out. Take-out would be cheaper than dine-in.
Bei Li Shi Milk Wine Thousand Layers 💰160
The take-out carton is quite textured, and the mille-feuille comes with chocolate crispy crust and Baileys milk wine sauce, which is quite special.
The cream liqueur has a chocolate smell, the cake has a moist and soft texture, and the filling of Basil's Milk Liquor has a nice and creamy aroma, with moderate sweetness, which is quite delicious. But I personally think it's too squishy.
Mango Thousand Layers 💰170
The mango has a lot of pulp visible to the naked eye, and the cake has a moist and soft texture. The fresh cream is sweet but not greasy, and the sweetness is moderate.
Thoughts: The overall feeling after eating is too wet and soft. The fresh milk is not greasy but not very sweet. Because I have to order in advance, it reduces my personal desire to buy. All are three stars.
If you value food: Thousand Layers is good
If you pay attention to the environment: can be used inside or taken out, the environment for internal use is not sure
Pay attention to parking: motorcycles can park at the door/cars can park in nearby parking lots
If you pay attention to the toilet: Yes
If queuing is important: order dessert the day before
If you value service: ordinary
If you pay attention to CP value: 🌟🌟🌟
