✅ Taiwanese Fried Rice 🍚
The rice is distinct and fragrant with garlic. Every grain is coated with oil, giving it a shiny appearance. It's stir-fried well with a nice 'wok hei,' but there’s also a slight burnt taste. It feels like if it were cooked for a few more seconds, it might get overcooked.

✅ Shaoxing Drunken Chicken 🐔
The wine flavor is not strong. The meat is a bit dry, but the seasoning is quite good. It might be better if sliced thinner to minimize that dry texture.

✅ Spicy Shrimp Dumplings 🥟
The dumplings are large (six pieces total), each containing a shrimp 🦐. The red oil sauce has great flavor, but be careful, as the spiciness only kicks in a few seconds after eating. If you don't eat spicy food, you can start with a small bite. The spiciness is mildly hot.

✅ Stir-fried Water Spinach
Prepared with a lot of garlic for a rich aroma. It’s not overcooked or too tough, retaining a bit of crunch.

Apart from the stir-fried water spinach being a bit pricey, the other prices are reasonable. The dining environment is spacious and comfortable. On a holiday afternoon, two people were seated immediately, but larger groups may need to wait a while.
