It’s a small restaurant that’s suitable for a person who wants to have a late-night snack and drink hot soup but doesn’t want to be too full. There are only four tables in the store and they have chili, minced garlic and black vinegar as condiments.
My favorite combination is mixed noodles (oysters and large intestines) with Taiwanese kimchi. The chili is very spicy, so use it in moderation. The black vinegar can bring out the deliciousness of the soup. The oysters and large intestines are not too much (just order a small bowl). Taiwanese kimchi is very refreshing and worth a try for those who like red noodle soup.
