I went to an Italian bar that I've been curious about for a while 🇮🇹
It's called BISTRO AFRO, and it's located roughly between Honmachi Station and Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro 🚃
As soon as you enter, there are wine barrels where you can serve yourself 🍷
You can also do tastings 🍷
There are counter seats and table seats on the first floor, as well as seating in the basement ✨
For drinks, I had:

The jasmine tea was flavorful and delicious 🫖
I ordered the Afro specialty appetizer platter (for two or more) 🫒 ¥1,980,
Pork belly in a yuzu cream sauce 🐷🍝 ¥1,680,
Stir-fried asparagus, bacon, and mushrooms in a Burgundy style 🥓🍄🟫 ¥880,
Garlic toast 🧄🥖 ¥300,
Smooth potato salad Bolognese 🥔🐮 ¥700,
And salmon rare cut with overflowing ikura, one serving 🐟 ¥1,080 💖
The Afro specialty appetizer platter (for two or more) 🫒 includes:
Rum and vanilla pumpkin stew 🎃,
Deep-fried tulip 🍗,
Macaroni arrabbiata 🍝,
Bonito and celery in garlic sauce 🐟🧄,
Smoked taro tartar bruschetta 🥖,
Homemade roast beef 🐮.
It was very substantial and everything was delicious 🥰
Especially the deep-fried tulip, which was rich, juicy, and tasty 🍗.
The combination of the smoked taro tartar bruschetta and the bread was excellent and delicious 🥖.

The asparagus was crunchy,
The bacon was diced 🥓,
And there were plenty of mushrooms 🍄🟫.
The garlic flavor was strong and it was incredibly delicious 🧄.
Yuzu and pork belly in cream sauce 🐷🍝:
They used fresh pasta 🍝.
The dish included pork belly 🐷,
Green onions,
Mushrooms 🍄🟫,
And yuzu peel,
With plenty of Japanese style ingredients 👘.
The noodles were extremely chewy 🍝.
The rich cream sauce with yuzu was refreshing and delicious ✨.
The pork belly was tender and flaky 🐷,
And the green onions were sweet and tasty ✨.
I was really happy to discover this new flavor 🥰.
Garlic toast 🥖🧄:
It was a crispy baked baguette with plenty of garlic sauce spread on it, and it was incredibly delicious 🥖🧄.

The potato salad was generously topped with Bolognese.
The smooth potato combined with the rich Bolognese was delicious 🥔🐮.
Salmon rare cut with overflowing ikura, one serving 🐟:

Pink tartar sauce 🩷,
And a generous portion of ikura that looked stunning 😍.
The rare cut was soft, and the sauce and ikura had a rich and delightful pop, making it the best tasting dish 🥰.
This very popular place was always crowded and bustling, so I think reservations are a must‼️
Although the main focus is on drinks, the quality of the food was very high, and everything was delicious 😍.
It has become a place I want to visit again 🥰.
