Location: Located outside Exit 1 of the Shilin MRT Station, just a one-minute walk away.
Dining Environment: Clean and bright.
Ordering Method: Order directly from the staff.

I checked the reviews on Google Maps and was initially a bit worried that the staff might be harsh, but if you take the time to read the rules seriously, you won’t have any issues!
The waiting process is a bit more complicated:

1. Write your name and phone number in the registration book outside the store (remember to check the box in the "Arrived" column!)
2. Wait for the staff to call your number to confirm your spot.
3. Return at the designated time instructed by the staff to be seated.
   There will be a notice outside with the time for the next call number, so you can estimate how many groups are ahead of you. If a number is called three times, it will be skipped, so make sure everyone is present when they call the number.

• Sukiyaki American Beef Short Rib $600
  Not many pieces, but they are cut into large chunks! Very satisfying to eat.

• Udon Noodles Rice +$30 upgrade
  Not frozen udon noodles, but they’re still very chewy. The staff will remind you not to put it all in at once; cook only as much as you can eat, or else the pot will burn.

• Fried Tofu $60
  Delicious regular fried tofu.

The portions may not seem large, but most people will feel full after finishing. This is definitely a place I will return to!
