The noodle soup at Zhongxiao Night Market must be the memory of Zhongxing people.
There are two delicious noodles noodles restaurants in Zhongxiao Night Market (my friend recommends the other one). Today I’m going to try this more famous one~
Let me start with the conclusion. I think it's delicious but not amazing. The noodle paste (meat + oyster) costs 75, which I think is expensive based on the prices in Taichung. The noodle thread has a good texture and won't be completely mushy. I think it’s a plus!
Be sure to add vinegar to the soup! Adding vinegar adds a super flavor boost, and the more you eat it, the smoother it becomes.
The meatloaf is very meaty and the real ingredients, and the oysters are also good and fresh~
I think the downfall is the price, otherwise I should have been given four⭐️!
