Hello everyone, I am little frog🐸
I worry every day "What should I eat today?"
Suddenly I discovered a newly opened ramen shop near the MRT Guting Station, and decided to try it out. The shop is small and has a strong Japanese style. It has a bar-style table and high chairs, with a total of seven seats.
⭐️Natural tonkotsu ramen $240/ Add some candied eggs $30
(2 slices of barbecued pork, bean sprouts, three-star green onions, shredded grapefruit)
For soup taste, choose normal/for noodle hardness, choose hard noodle.
The soup is warm and rich, and you can taste the gelatin in it. It’s so good! The noodle is soft and soft, with alternating fat and thin barbecued pork, and the grilled barbecued pork is really fragrant. I usually don’t dare to eat fatty meat, but I think this barbecued pork is not greasy and not too dry ~ very delicious👍
The boss noticed that I was taking pictures and reminded me to enjoy it as soon as possible to avoid soaking the dough into a softer texture and affecting the taste😆
⭐️Deluxe Tonkotsu Ramen $380
(Huge barbecued pork, bean sprouts, three-star green onions, shredded grapefruit, candied eggs, dried bamboo shoots, and seaweed)
This bowl was chosen by a friend. In fact, the soup and noodles are the same. The luxurious bowl has more side dishes and is more eye-catching~
‼ ️Conclusion:
You can refill noodles for free, so you will definitely be able to eat enough. Because it is a new restaurant, the tableware is still using disposable chopsticks and disposable paper cups, which does not feel very environmentally friendly, but the boss said...it will be replaced later.
This bowl of ramen is delicious and worth a return visit. I look forward to having other flavors of ramen in the future🍜
