The bakery in the food court downstairs of 101!
Mainly for takeout, they also provide coffee drinks, bagel sandwiches, cakes and other options.
Their most popular product is cinnamon rolls, which have been sold in our store before. This time, I will try their other items!

-Super Chestnut Bread-60-Although it is small, it is delicious! The outer layer is alkaline bread, which will have a crispy texture after being baked. The filling is quite generous, the chestnut paste itself is smooth, about 40-50% sweet, with a slight tea flavor, and whole chestnuts are wrapped in the middle. The outside of the bread is garnished with chia seeds. The overall level is full of richness!

-Turkish bagel-45-I originally thought it would be similar to the original bagel, but it tasted amazing! The outer layer of sesame seeds is full of aroma, and it is dipped in sugar water when baking, so it will be slightly sweet. The outer layer has a texture similar to that of a bagel, but the inner layer has a looser bread texture and is less chewy than a bagel. Overall it's delicious!
