I wanted to try a new store today, so I did some searching and came to Heiji.
We entered the store at about 12:30 noon. There was only one table of customers in the store, but after sitting down and ordering food, it was full. There were also people taking out food one after another, and the business was good. The store can accommodate about 6 groups of guests (4 seats).
Ordered the following meals today.
-Huainan beef soup (150): Although it is called beef soup, it is different from Taiwanese beef soup. The soup base is stewed, which makes it sweet and not too salty. In addition to beef (beef tendon slices), the inner material also includes dried shredded noodles and winter noodles. The beef is tasty, soft and tender, quite good, but unfortunately the thickness is a little thin. The dried shredded silk and glass noodles absorb the soup, making it not dry or tasteless. Overall refreshing and delicious.
-Salty sesame biscuits (25): It’s really not easy to eat salty sesame biscuits outside of breakfast. This item is not the top-notch stuffed with meat, but uses the original flavor of dough and a light green onion flavor. The cake body is crispy and does not taste greasy, which is unexpectedly delicious!
I didn't have high expectations at first, but I'm satisfied that everything is above the standard and will be included in the usual list. If you want to eat something slightly different, I recommend you give it a try.
