A small vendor found in the Shilin Night Market sells a cup of brown sugar pearls for only NT$20, or NT$35 with fresh milk. Each cup contains two tablespoons of brown sugar pearls, and they are two-color, which looks pleasing to the eye😆
Pearl's soup is a bit sticky and chewy after being stirred with ice cubes. People who chew it will like it. I have to have a cup every time I go to Shilin Night Market!
