Taipei Neihu - The crepe boss and his wife can't hear or speak (they both use sign language). They are friendly and the ingredients are really delicious!

There are salty and sweet croquettes to choose from ✨

The salty version includes adding a little lettuce, corn, cheese, onions, black pepper, and ketchup. There are also three sauces to choose from: salad dressing, honey mustard, and Thai sauce.

If there is something you don’t want to eat, you don’t need to check it on the menu.

I chose the honey mustard sauce and all the others ticked the boxes.
You can choose crispy or soft skin, I choose crispy skin❤️

The crust is crispy, the smoked chicken ingredients are very solid, the lettuce and corn bring out the sweetness and texture, and the ketchup, pepper, and honey mustard sauce make the layers richer. I am very satisfied after eating it!

This sweet one is better, but the crust is crispier! Tastes a lot like chocolate chip cookies.
