The night market has great shops with many people, but the lines move quite quickly. The stores in the night market have a bright and clean environment, and the food is served quickly, adhering to traditional methods of making handmade glutinous rice balls. Both the sesame and peanut fillings are rich and dense, rather than juicy. I personally don't like fermented rice so I won't comment on that, but when paired with lemon and osmanthus honey in the perfect golden ratio, wow—it's absolutely stunning and I've come to really enjoy it! Since there's freedom to mix and match, I might come back for more.
Many products can be taken out or delivered, which is very convenient, especially during the Lantern Festival or Winter Solstice when you don't have to deal with crowds, but remember to order in advance.
