Today I took my children to the nearby Taipei Exploratorium for a walk
The end coincides with lunch time
I wanted to eat ramen, so I went to Hankyu Department Store to look for it.
See Hua Yuelan
I remember when he first came to Taiwan to set up a branch many years ago
I even queued for hours to eat 😂
Let’s revisit it today
Today I ordered garlic fist bone ramen and white thick fist bone ramen
Add $50 for both sides
I originally wanted to order children's ramen for my children.
But I think the portion is really not much.
It’s better to just add some noodles and eat with your kids.
When it was served, I asked about the strong smell of garlic.
The thick white version is more suitable for children.
The garlic flavor has a bit more soy sauce flavor
Both flavors are quite strong and oily.
And it’s also a bit salty (but when it comes to Japanese ramen, it’s really quite salty)
The noodles are cooked well and quite chewy.
I was a little disappointed that the eggs inside were not soft-boiled eggs but boiled eggs.
There are also sauce bottles and spicy leeks on the table.
Spicy leeks are really spicy but quite fragrant
Overall, I think it's okay
There is a slight queue during meal time
But you don’t have to wait too long and you can be seated in about 15 minutes.
A 10% service fee will be charged
The indoor environment is okay and not too crowded
Not to the extent that I would particularly want to eat it.
If you happen to be nearby and want to eat ramen, you can give it a try
