This is my first time buying Guiji. Their sign is very cute.
This time I bought Sanyun Hongxuan for $40 and Thirty-Three Tea King for $40.
Sanyun Hongxuan$40
I found out that Jinxuan tea is a black tea roasting method.
It doesn’t have the usual milky aroma of Jinxuan, instead it has a light tea aroma.
In addition, there is no tea astringency. Overall, it is a smooth and delicious tea.
A bit of sugar feels just right. Sugar-free would be good too.
Thirty-three Tea King$40
It is said to be Taiwanese high mountain tea. It is roasted and tempered repeatedly for three days and nights, and then left to mature for thirty days.
First of all, the tea aroma is quite strong
It also has no astringent taste and is a smooth and delicious tea.
A little sugar feels good, but sugar-free would be even better.
To be honest, Guiji’s pure tea surprised me
The aroma of tea is not particularly outstanding, but there is no tea astringency in both cups.
Being able to achieve such a balance of pure tea is also very skillful.
This is probably a shop that I would go to when I want to drink pure tea.
