The steakhouses in the popular area of Shilin Night Market are always full during holiday meal times, and you have to wait in line to get a table. Fortunately, we were seated first at 5 o'clock, and there wasn't anyone there yet.
The steakhouse uses online ordering. There is no all-you-can-eat salad bar or all-you-can-eat soup. On holidays, a 10% service fee is added, which feels a bit bad. The only self-service items are black tea and cheap ice cream. Coke and beer in the refrigerator cost money.
I ordered the chicken steak without noodles. The set meal came with a bowl of puff pastry soup. The soup is just like the thick corn soup in ordinary steakhouses. It goes well with puff pastry. The surface of the chicken steak is fried very crispy, a bit like caramel brûlée, so delicious! But overall the CP value is on the low side, so I probably won’t come back again if nothing happens.
