Every time I think of eating sushi, the first place that comes to mind is Zang Sushi. The self-service number taking, ordering, and payment system is very orderly, making people feel relaxed both physically and mentally. However, it often happens that you have to wait for more than half an hour. 🕐 Compared to other branches, the waiting area at the Skm Park location is really quite spacious, and with more seats, it's more bearable to wait. The staff also have a very good attitude.
My ordering habit is to usually choose items I frequently eat, along with one or two new things I've never tried before, or seasonal new products. They really launch new products quite quickly, providing a strong sense of freshness.
This time I ordered: 👇🏻🍴
Red snapper Taiyaki ice cream
Grilled teriyaki shrimp
Grilled butter soy sauce salmon
Tamago (Japanese omelette)
Seven seafood rich miso ramen
Grilled cheese salmon
💬 I think this amount is just right for one person. Previously, when I ate other ramen or udon series, I found them too salty to the point of almost going crazy. This time, it’s finally more balanced. The grilled sushi flavor is a must-try; it can be said that it’s hard to go wrong with it.
Another surprise for me was the red snapper Taiyaki ice cream! The warm Taiyaki paired with rich vanilla ice cream gives a feeling of ice and fire combined. 🔥 The outer skin is slightly crispy, while the inside has a not-too-sweet red bean filling. The nuts sprinkled on the ice cream add a layer of texture.
(⭐️ I like to split the ice cream in half; one half sprinkled with a little sea salt and the other half mixed with matcha powder. This way, you can enjoy a slightly upscale and rich dual flavor!)
