This Japanese restaurant located in Ligang is one of my favorite places that I visit repeatedly. The bar and square table seating on the first floor are suitable for casual dining, while the private room area on the second floor is an ideal choice for family gatherings or small get-togethers with friends.
I highly recommend the must-try salmon roe grilled scallop two-color rice bowl, which contains as many as eight scallops inside. They are fresh, and each bite lets you experience the sweetness of the sea. Paired with the aroma of grilling, it’s super delicious!
The miso soup here comes in a huge bowl, yet it only costs 40 yuan, making it an incredibly good deal that is very satisfying; it’s a must-order when you visit! The sukiyaki beef rice bowl has a rich and flavorful beef sauce; each bite pairs perfectly with rice and is quite substantial.
The eel dragon king roll features sushi vinegar rice that is quite good, and the combination of sweet grilled eel and vinegar rice is very appetizing.
This low-key Japanese restaurant, hidden in a traditional building, is always busy with many regular customers. The owner is also very nice and easy to talk to. If you have the chance, you can sit at the bar and enjoy watching the owner’s craftsmanship.
