💰About the pricing💰
How could I not order the super-large size when I saw it? Super-large cold noodles for $65, miso meatball soup for $40.
🍴About the food☕
I was busy with some things and it was already past 11 PM. After work, I always feel hungry, and my family recommended this place, Jiangsu Cold Noodles, which is open 24 hours; so I decided to give it a try. The cold noodles come with basic shredded cucumber and sesame sauce. The super-large size isn’t exceptionally large, but the noodles are very chewy, and the sesame sauce with the cucumber shreds is also excellent. Because it’s super-large, there’s a lot of noodles, which can get a bit heavy, so I quickly drank a sip of the soup to lighten it up. I originally thought that miso combined with meatballs would be strange, but these meatballs are super delicious! They have a taste reminiscent of Hsinchu meatballs, and the miso isn’t too salty. The soup pairs wonderfully with the cold noodles!
🤨Conclusion♥
I haven't wandered outside at dawn for about five hundred years, and I ended up eating some sinful late-night snacks, but I unexpectedly discovered a great place! Now as I write this review, I'm reminiscing about that taste and want to visit again. If you're looking for cold noodles or late-night snacks, I highly recommend this Jiangsu Cold Noodles place.
