The restaurant feels like it hasn't been open for long... At least the last time I came, I didn't see it. Maybe it's because they are open during the New Year that business is very good inside! However, every staff member inside had a bit of a sour expression. Although they were able to solve problems and take orders smoothly, their impatient attitude made me hesitant!
We came today just to try it out, so we only ordered two dishes! Coincidentally, they were offering a small dish as a reward for checking in, so we ordered one and received another small dish for free!
❤️ Thick-cut pork chop and shrimp set meal
The thick-cut pork chop isn’t really thick-cut; I personally think it’s a bit on the thin side, more like a regular pork chop! The shrimp was also very small—most of what I got was just the batter! Moreover, it wasn't drained of oil before being placed on the plate, so the whole meal tasted greasy!
❤️ Ginger pork set meal
The ginger pork was pretty tough overall. Though the slices of meat were quite large, there weren’t many pieces to eat, and it wasn’t very flavorful. The portion was a bit small; even I, a girl, didn’t feel full. The only thing that was somewhat tasty was the steamed egg on the side! Overall, I wouldn't recommend it!
❤️ Wasabi octopus
The octopus was pitifully small, just a thin layer on some shredded cabbage. Someone who didn’t know might think I ordered a salad of cabbage. The wasabi flavor was also quite lacking—it was really far off from actual wasabi octopus!
❤️ Black beans
If they can get black beans wrong, it might be time to close the doors! They just served ordinary sweet black beans, nothing great or terrible.
I rarely give one star, but I really couldn't find any significant advantages. The only person who seemed a bit more enthusiastic was a younger male staff member; the rest of the dishes and the service were truly not worth recommending!
