The drinks, such as Hojicha and classic roasted tea, are not strong enough, similar to the milk tea from breakfast shops. The outer skin of the sausage pie is crispy, and the texture is quite good, making it an unexpected highlight.
Review by a braces-wearing person: There’s a restroom
This time I came to Starbucks in Japan mainly because I saw many people recommending a drink on Threads recently, along with a specific proportion for mixing, so I wanted to give it a try.
We ordered:
• Hojicha & Classic Roasted Tea & Classic Tea Latte
(Mousse Foam (add), light syrup, light ice)
This drink doesn’t have a strong tea flavor; it tastes a bit like the milk tea from breakfast places. Personally, I think it’s just okay, nothing particularly amazing.
• Coarse Ground Sausage Pie
The crust is crispy and has a nice texture, which was an unexpected highlight.
• Starbucks Latte
It tastes pretty much the same as in Taiwan, with no significant differences.
Overall, the new drinks this time weren't as special as I expected, but the sausage pie was unexpectedly good.
