The quality of the meal is excellent, with the flavor of the mussels and cream sauce being just right, and the duck leg being tender and juicy. Although the Irish coffee does not pair well with the main dish, the overall dining experience is satisfying.
The environment is comfortable, and the decoration is elegant, making people feel relaxed.
The waiter was friendly and attentive, providing a detailed introduction to the menu, while the owner personally greeted the guests, making everyone feel the warmth of the service.
We originally made a reservation at 7pm and arrived at 5:30. Unexpectedly, the seats had been reserved for us in advance. And the waiter at the door seemed to remember us and took us directly to our seats.
This time we ordered mussels and confit duck legs as the main meal, as well as a bowl of onion soup. For drinks, we ordered a glass of white wine and a glass of Irish coffee. Irish coffee was a mistake in ordering this time. It tastes delicious in itself, with the fresh cream and strong aroma of whiskey and coffee, making it a perfect match for dessert after a meal. But it wasn't a good match for the main meal we ordered. Mussels with milk sauce seems to be a favorite taste of the locals. The boss lady said that you can also ask them to make a sauce that is simply made with white wine and has no milk flavor. I personally think the milk sauce is quite delicious. The confit duck legs are also delicious and very tender, but I personally prefer duck meat with a bit more texture. It's just that I don't like this dish. It's not that the chef didn't cook it well.
The service is impeccable, the waiter introduces the menu in detail, the proprietress personally greets the guests in the store, and the environment is comfortable.
