Through the glass doors, you can see a stylish bakery lined up, making you want to stop and take a look. The bakery opens at 9 AM. As the name 'flour' (小麦粉) means wheat and 'water' (水) means water, the artisans here are dedicated to carefully crafting bread with a focus on ingredients.
Since it changes to a bar at night, you can enjoy menu items featuring European ingredients such as prosciutto, camembert cheese, and sausages.
