Halfway up, I saw a banner that said "Aiyu, Aiyu Egg Pancake,"
and suddenly my appetite kicked in? 🤤
I was originally planning to head down—just thought I’d take a look since it was only 300 meters away.
From a distance, I saw a shop set up by the roadside, and it looked a bit scary! 🤣
When I went in, I ordered directly; the owner would place tokens on a plate, and once ready, she would call you to pick it up.
I ordered the signature Aiyu and Aiyu Egg Pancake.
The Aiyu is very chewy and soft, with lemon juice added,
not too sour and not too sweet, it’s really nice!
