Found a pretty good ice cream shop in Qingshui with decent quality and value 🍧
On a scorching summer day, having a bowl is simply amazing!

They also sell some cakes and desserts,
with very reasonable prices, and the portions are generous.
After ordering, I realized the store is very dedicated to their food; even the fruits on top of the ice are freshly peeled and cut right after ordering. The base of the ice is packed in flavors and taken out from the freezer one step at a time, with great care in the making process. After completing one bowl, they freeze it to keep it cold before making the next one.
Although the preparation takes a bit of time, as a customer, it’s very reassuring! 💗

At first, when I saw the last step of sprinkling marshmallows, I was quite apprehensive because ever since I grew up, I’ve had such an aversion to those tiny, colorful marshmallows (they're kind of like mixed jelly beans).
But after trying it at home, I found it actually goes really well... it adds a bit of chewy texture! As for the two flavors of ice, both performed quite nicely –
not too sweet, and the fruits are very fresh and tasty.
What’s special is that the base of the cantaloupe kiwi shaved ice is actually cantaloupe-flavored shaved ice; you won’t see the actual fruit! 🍈
