The dishes at Nini Restaurant are diverse, including pasta, pizza, and more. The Hawaiian shrimp pizza is thin and crispy like a cookie, featuring a classic combination of shrimp and pineapple. The garlic chili duck pasta has a mild spiciness; the duck is free of any gamey taste and is paired with black olives and seasonal vegetables, resulting in a balanced flavor.
The restaurant branch has a spacious and comfortable environment, and even when it is crowded during holidays, the atmosphere still makes you feel pleasant.
The staff are friendly and attentive, providing warm water and large cups. The meals are made fresh upon order, requiring a wait of over 15 minutes, but overall the service is thorough.
Nini, which has multiple branches, has always ranked pasta among my top three. They also sell salads, risottos, pizzas, appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks. No matter which branch you visit, the standards are high, although the prices are in the mid-to-high range. There is a service charge, and upon being seated, they offer a large water cup; providing warm water in winter is very thoughtful.
This time, I visited the branch on the 6th floor of the Tai Mao Shopping Center. On the first evening of the holiday, around 6:30 PM, it was almost full! The queue on-site depends on luck. The space is large, the environment comfortable, and the staff friendly. The meals are made fresh and can take over 15 minutes to prepare after ordering.

✨ Hawaiian Shrimp Pizza (Large) $420 NT
The pizza is square-shaped, with the small serving being 4 triangular slices and the large serving 8 slices. In terms of meal value, this is among the more generously topped and tasty options. The combination of fresh shrimp and heated pineapple is a timeless classic. I’ve loved this combo since childhood and still can't resist ordering it. The shrimp and pizza crust don't have much color, as it’s a thin crust pizza 🍕 that feels like eating a cookie, with some mushrooms added for pairing.
✨ Garlic Chili Duck Pasta $420 NT
The spice level is mild, and the stir-fried noodles are moderately seasoned. There are black olives and seasonal vegetables added, with the duck cut into small pieces, marinated, and free from any fishy taste, although it is a bit saltier. This dish uses regular round noodles that aren't overly soft and have a bit of chew! (Some pasta flavors use flat noodles that cannot be swapped; this rule may be based on which type of noodle best absorbs the sauce's flavor.)
