The London Museum must be a must-visit spot for tourists 🙋🏼♀️. I highly recommend that everyone download the Catch Table app before going, so you can check which branch has the least number of waiting groups and go to that one! (Unless you have a specific area you want to visit, this way you can also explore different places.)
I think there’s quite a difference between the branches. The most crowded branch I checked had a wait of 47 groups, while the one we visited this time had only 8 groups waiting. So once we arrived, we got in in less than half an hour—smooth entry ✅.
There are actually quite a few nice shops around here, but if you come before 10 or 11 AM, there’s not much to do since the shops aren’t open yet. The only place to check out nearby is the Natural Island Salt Bread.
Once you enter, you can head to the second floor to find a seat before going to the first floor to place your order. There are many types of bagels available, along with drinks and the soup of the day. We shared two different flavors, but I didn’t realize that all of them had cream cheese filling, which got a bit heavy after a few bites. However, savoring the bagel itself was truly impressive; it was my first time experiencing such a moist yet dense texture. The matcha latte was quite sweet, so next time I might order a basic bagel, a specialty bagel, and the soup of the day to enjoy together 🤎.
𓌉𓇋 Brick Lane Sandwich ₩ 6,800
(Cheese Honey Bagel / about NT$165)
𓌉𓇋 Chive Pretzel Sandwich ₩ 8,500
(Scallion Salt Pretzel Bagel / about NT$205)
𖠚ᐝ Matcha Latte ₩ 8,000
(Matcha Latte / about NT$190)
Overall, the service was great, from taking the number to placing the order. However, the seating on the second floor is a bit tight. The upside is that every corner has a lovely foreign vibe, making for cute photos no matter where you snap them!
