Located on Gui Mountain Back Street, the chain store "Fragrant Fried Rice" really lives up to its name! It's a Chinese restaurant that attracts passersby with its aromatic scents and was one of my choices after visiting the library during my student days.

Inside the restaurant, the menu is divided into dine-in and takeout options. The menu for dine-in is placed on the tables, making it very convenient to take and order additional items later.

When ordering, the staff greet you with a smile and provide friendly service. I recommend calling ahead if you need takeout. If you're dining in, it's good to wander around nearby since the dishes are pre-cooked and the business here is quite busy, so there might be a wait. I suggest visiting the nearby bakery for some delicious bread! 😋

This time, I ordered:
🥚Shrimp Fried Rice with Sakura Shrimp $100
The color is golden, and the fried rice grains are distinct without any stickiness. The light salty aroma and crunchy texture of the sakura shrimp blend well with the fried rice, and you can see plenty of sakura shrimp!

🥚Satay Lamb Fried Rice $90
If you love lamb, this is definitely a good choice. The satay flavor is mild, and the seasoning of the lamb is very fragrant without being dry. The portion of lamb slices is just right, so you won’t find yourself thinking, “Hey, where did all the lamb go?!” I even got a super big slice of lamb, which was delightful!

I highly recommend adding 🌟Dried Small Fish with Chili🌟
When I was eating the satay lamb fried rice, I started with the original flavor, and halfway through, I added the dried fish with chili. For someone who enjoys spicy food, the chili isn’t too hot—it enhances the aroma. The dried small fish is the soul of the dish! Its salty flavor enriches the taste, creating a wonderful combination.
