After a while, I discovered that many people had gathered, and I realized there was a ramen shop here 🍜. A quick check revealed that there were many branches. The seating inside isn’t very plentiful, but they turn tables quite quickly, so after a short wait, you can get a seat.
There are two types of noodles to choose from; I ordered the salt-flavored ramen + Hao Yi noodles. The noodles were on the hard side and had little elasticity. The chicken breast was cooked sous-vide, and the texture of the meat was alright. The broth was refreshing and easy to drink, but overall, it had a subtle feeling that was neither here nor there, leaning towards Taiwanese flavors.
Although the price is reasonable for ramen, it wouldn’t be my first choice when craving ramen.
After a massage at Minsheng Community, I happened to walk nearby and found this ramen shop. There were still two or three groups queuing outside at around 9 o'clock. I waited for about 10 minutes before going in!
Although the signature is salt ramen, the clerk said that their soy sauce is quite fragrant, so I ordered it. It is quite refreshing overall, not thick, but the soy sauce soup base still has a slight Taiwanese flavor at the end. I can’t describe it but... That way
(It’s a bit similar to the soy sauce of Interview Eleven/Jiu Shan, but it doesn’t have the Taiwanese flavor at the end. Even if BiShan is saltier and sweeter, I think it’s better than Changsheng’s soy sauce soup base)
But their Shu Fei Chicken is pretty good, especially the grilled version!
I changed the noodle body to +15. It is thinner and harder than the original noodle.
My friend’s salty soup base is quite refreshing and unencumbering~
I might eat it nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat it.
