The Tomb Sweeping Day holiday is coming, and I am finally going back to my hometown after two months since the beginning of school. I decided to have dinner at the Rainbow Market store near the high-speed rail station. I chose to go to the Marugan noodles that I must eat every time I go back to my hometown.
The kitchen area is an open environment and is clean. The meals are prepared right on the spot for you to watch. The speed is very fast. People who are in a hurry can eat here.
I chose the low-calorie seasonal vegetable and pork udon, which contains vegetables, meat, and starch. It is nutritionally balanced. I wanted to control my caloric intake today, but I couldn’t resist the temptation of fried food and ordered fried white fish and fried flower branches. The taste is great. The noodles are not too soft. Sometimes they are very chewy and sometimes they are just fine. It depends on how the chef controls the cooking time on the day. For pork, the outer meat tastes a little bit woody. The seasoning is average. The spinach is not too strong. , it tastes very crisp and not soggy (I personally like dishes with a crispy texture). I ordered it last time. I don’t recommend it if you like your food to be a bit soft. And the soup is not too salty. , refreshing and delicious.
As for the fried food, both of them were cold when I picked them up, but they were still quite delicious. The outer skin was not soft. I personally like the fried white fish, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Overall, it's good. I always use it when I go back to my hometown and take the high-speed rail. The price of other restaurants is a bit more expensive, and the waiting time for meals is also long.
