I stumbled upon a small restaurant, and after seeing good reviews, I decided to give it a try. They offer both noodles and rice with a lot of options, making it suitable for a solo meal. The indoor environment is quite comfortable; although the space is small, it feels cozy, and you can help yourself to water.

I ordered the recommended dried tofu, and I really recommend it 👍. It’s the kind that’s been braised until it has holes, which has a nice dried tofu aroma, and adding a bit of soy sauce paste really enhances it. It's not too salty, so if you love dried tofu, you must try this.

For the main dish, I ordered the Mu Shu noodle dumplings with pork. I mentioned that I wanted less noodles, and the owner kindly increased the veggie portion. So the serving size was still generous, and I felt quite full. It seemed like they added a bit of vinegar, making it appetizing and tasty. I even scooped up the dumpling soup to drink; it wasn’t too salty and was quite delicious. The dumplings were thin, so they had a nice chew without being bland.

For the blanched vegetables, you can ask the restaurant what they have. This time they had cabbage and Chinese cabbage, and I chose Chinese cabbage, which isn’t commonly found in bento places. I also requested no soy sauce paste, just oil, keeping it light and perfect to go with the dried tofu.

If you're looking for a meal, I highly recommend this place; the prices are not too high, and it’s clean.
