I heard there was a delicious ramen shop with a flavorful broth and silver rice in Abiko, so I went to check it out! 🍜

The shop is called "Dashi to Gin Shari Chuka Soba San Noru," and it's very close to Abiko Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, as well as within walking distance from Abikochō Station on the JR Hanwa Line. 🚃

There's a banner that says it's the ramen shop that pairs best with rice in Abiko, and it really stands out! 🍜🍚

It's located in a residential area, and even when I went there just after noon, it was almost full! 🈵

You order via ticket vending machine! 🎫

At the counter, they had on the table:
Kombu vinegar,
Dashi soy sauce,
Shichimi pepper 🔥,
Wasabi 🔥,
Katsuobushi 🐟,
Nameko mushrooms 🍄‍🟫,
Seaweed salt 🧂
All of which were quite nice! ✨

I ordered the special creamy

and a mini chicken chazuke 🐔.

thin noodles 🍜,
rare chashu pork 🐷,
seaweed,
a boiled egg 🥚,
lemon 🍋,
green onions,
purple onion,
black pepper 🔥,
and truffle sauce,
all beautifully presented! 🍜

The broth had a fluffy texture and rich flavor that definitely stood out with its deep chicken taste, which was delicious! 🐔
With the black pepper, it had a slight kick that was also tasty! 🔥
When I mixed in the truffle sauce, the flavor of truffle burst through, making it extremely delicious! ✨
The lemon pieces added a refreshing flavor, which made it tasty and light! 🍋
The broth itself was delicious, and switching things up kept it interesting until the last bite! 🐔

The thin noodles had a great texture and went well with the broth; I enjoyed it thoroughly! 🍜
The ingredients were delightful too! ✨
The rare chashu had one side cooked in the broth while the other side was tender, allowing me to enjoy two different textures that were delicious! 🐷
I wrapped the seaweed around the ramen, and it added a great flavor! ✨
The soft-boiled egg had a rich, beautiful yolk that was also very tasty! 🥚
The green onions and purple onions were crunchy and had a good texture, enhancing the overall experience! ✨

I also added some katsuobushi and it was delicious as well! 🐟

Although the chicken white broth soba was originally scheduled to be available until the end of February, due to many customer requests, it will continue to be served even after March! ✨

It was extremely delicious, so I highly recommend it!‼️

The mini chicken chazuke 🐔
consisted of silver rice topped with

steamed chicken 🐔,
and green onions, served with broth poured over, turning it into a chazuke-style dish! 🍚
Before adding the broth, I enjoyed the silver rice with
katsuobushi 🐟
and nameko mushrooms 🍄‍🟫.
The nameko mushrooms had a delightful green shiso flavor! ✨
Once I poured the broth over, the seaweed softened and infused the flavor, making it very enjoyable! ✨
The chicken white broth paired excellently with the steamed chicken! 🐔
The silver rice itself was delicious, making it delightful until the last bite! 🍚

Starting next month, the rice will no longer be all-you-can-eat, and refills will cost 100 yen, but it's still very reasonable, and I think the effort put in by the business is impressive! 🍚

I was totally convinced that this ramen shop truly does pair best with rice in Abiko; it was delicious! 🍜

There are many other intriguing menu items, so this has definitely become a restaurant I want to visit again! 🍜
