Jibao Jiben store is located in Wanhua and is considered a time-honored Gaobao shop!
Recently, the third generation of the store opened a new store near Banqiao Nanya Night Market! Available for dine-in and take-out.
Because I went there late, I didn't get to eat the Gua Bao, so I only had Sishen Soup.

-Small Intestine Sishen Soup-50-Medium serving size. There isn't much material inside. There are some large barley kernels, which are cooked until they are very soft. The small intestine is freshly cut and has no fishy smell. The outer layer is chewy and the inner layer, which retains a lot of fat, is considered full Q and a little oilier. Some of the medicinal flavors in the soup are not that obvious, but the saltiness is relatively high and the oily feeling is obvious. After drinking it, your mouth will feel oily, which is not a refreshing type. Overall quite satisfactory.

Next time I go there, I would like to try its signature dumplings!
