🌟Very unique handmade fish noodles, the downside is that there is no air conditioning.

"Summer House Handmade Fish Noodles" is located on the first section of Fuxian Road, offering handmade dogfish noodles. If it's your first time trying it, the flavor is surprisingly delightful; every bite is filled with the aroma of fish meat. The shop has an open layout without air conditioning, and the portion sizes are suitable for afternoon tea, but might not be filling enough for a main meal.

The shop has both outdoor and indoor seating with tables available for dining in. After placing your order and checking out, the open environment can be really hot without air conditioning, and there is only one staff member, so the food service might be a bit slow.
