The rice in the risotto is not the mushy kind typical in Taiwanese dishes; it has a bit of chewiness, which I personally find more enjoyable. There are quite a few mushrooms in it, so mushroom lovers should feel very satisfied. Overall, it's not greasy, and one serving is just about enough to fill a woman.
