The truffle aroma is quite noticeable, but it's not overpowering; when paired with the creamy sauce, it creates a rich combination. The rice in the risotto is not the mushy kind typical in Taiwanese dishes; it has a bit of chewiness, which I personally find more enjoyable. There are quite a few mushrooms in it, so mushroom lovers should feel very satisfied. Overall, it's not greasy, and one serving is just about enough to fill a woman.
🔸Herb Roasted Chicken $149
The skin is roasted to a golden crisp, and the meat is not dry or tough. The seasoning is on the lighter side, so there isn’t a strong chicken flavor (unlike the typical pork smell). The portion is just right, but a man might find it a bit insufficient, so adding a side dish would make it more suitable.
🔹Set A $79 (Choose two: Daily Soup, Tender Chicken Salad, Cheese Baguette, American Coffee)
Adding the set is quite cost-effective. We chose the soup and the tender chicken salad. The soup was pumpkin soup both times we ordered; the flavor is very rich, and you can even taste some seafood ingredients, which adds to its deliciousness. The tender chicken salad has good chicken tenderness; it’s not dry or tough, and the amount of dressing is sufficient.
