The soufflé has a crispy outer layer and a light, melt-in-your-mouth interior. The cherry blossom pancakes are soft and have a hint of cherry blossom fragrance. The matcha flavor is rich but not bitter. The desserts and drinks are above average.
The environment is comfortable, and surprisingly, there's no need to queue.
Braces Person Review: There's a Toilet
This place is MICASADECO & CAFE. I found this shop before coming to Japan and originally planned to eat there in Kyoto, but my schedule was too packed and I missed out. Luckily, on the last day, I discovered there was a location in Osaka, so I came.
This time I ordered:
Total: ¥5,300.
Surprisingly, there was no need to wait in line, I was really lucky. The soufflé's outer layer was slightly crisp, and the inside was light and melted in the mouth. The cherry blossom pancakes had a soft texture and a subtle cherry blossom fragrance; they weren't overly sweet, but I still prefer the plain version. The matcha had a rich tea flavor without being too bitter. Overall, both the desserts and drinks were above average, and the atmosphere was quite comfortable.
