The quality and taste of the meal were somewhat disappointing. Many of the foods were taken directly from the back and were still wrapped in plastic wrap, with only the skewers being freshly grilled, and their taste was barely acceptable.
When I arrived in Aizuwakamatsu, I wanted to find an izakaya to eat at. After searching for a long time, there really weren't many restaurants in this rural area, so I picked this one that looked good to eat and drink.
First of all, the beer is really not good. We were the first customers to enter the store right after it opened. The beer machine must have been poured to us before it was cleaned. It tastes like stinky eggs. This is the second time I’ve had stinky beer in Japan🥲
The meals are quite weird. They are all taken directly from the back and wrapped in plastic wrap. Only the skewers are grilled in the store. Maybe it's a shared kitchen with another restaurant? The food can't be said to be delicious, at best it's barely passable.
In short, don’t push it.
