Onsen Egg Beef Bowl - This is an onsen egg combined with beef bowl. I originally thought that the onsen egg would have a yolk that is runny but intact, leaving a bunch of yolk if it were poked. However, when I ordered this, I found that it broke and released a lot of yolk. Although it was a bit unexpected, the yolk mixed well with the beef bowl, wrapping the sauce and rice tightly in the yolk's liquid. Taking a bite, the texture was really delicious. By the way, the restaurant also added some vegetables to the dish.
Sesame Cold Tofu - This is a combination of sesame sauce and tofu. The tofu used is firm tofu, and as for the sesame sauce, the amount added was just right. For those who don't usually enjoy sesame sauce (but don’t mind it), it might be acceptable.
