這家餐廳的甜不辣、大腸麵線和肉圓味道穩定,特別是湯品口味出奇好,配料新鮮,但部分配料的大小有所變化。
Bracketed person review: Takeout is more common here, so I won't comment too much on that.
I've often come to this place before, and the food is quite good.
They actually only sell three things: tempura, large intestine noodle soup, and meatballs.
This time I ordered the tempura (large) for $80, which includes white radish, fried tofu, pig's blood cake, and fish balls, along with two types of tempura: round and long strips.
However, I noticed that the ingredients seem to have changed; there used to be a large ball that had the texture of tempura, but now it has become really small.
The white radish is cooked just right, not too soft like what you find outside.
The sauce is a bit sweet and goes well.
After finishing, you can take the sauce to ask the owner for extra soup! The soup is surprisingly good, and I finished it without realizing it—definitely worth trying.
Overall, the food is simple with stable flavors, and I always feel satisfied after eating. Even if I take it home, the taste remains the same. If you're looking for a quick meal, this place is still a pretty good choice!
