The highlight of this Japanese hot pot is the fried tofu paired with Japanese-style soy sauce, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The quality of the meat in the hot pot is also quite good, and the overall flavor is satisfying.
The cool color scheme and cute graffiti inside the store create an atmosphere focused on enjoying food.
Highly recommended for the first time in Japan: add some fried tofu/Japanese soy sauce
Richu Hotpot is located on Juemin Road. The cold main colors and cute graffiti in the store give people an atmosphere of concentrating on enjoying food.
This time I ordered the Snowflake Beef Hot Pot + 90 set meal (meat + fried tofu). The hot pot was average and the quality of the meat was quite good for the price of 150.
I personally recommend their fried tofu. You have to try your luck when it's fresh out of the pan. It's very delicious right out of the pan. It's golden and crispy on the outside and soft and delicate on the inside. Served with cabbage and sauce, it's perfect! This is definitely the finishing touch to the hot pot, and what’s even more special is the Japanese style soy sauce they provide, which is more layered than ordinary sand tea soy sauce and complements the hot pot.
