113/2/5 (Monday) Afternoon meal
I don’t know what I want to go shopping for in the afternoon. I want to find a dessert shop and sit there to kill time.
Search the Internet for dessert shops near Ximen
Only this room feels more comfortable at first glance😌

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. If there are 1-2 people dining, they will be seated on the first floor.
   If you are alone, you can choose the bar
2. The second floor is almost exclusively used by families (or people with children). I saw two mothers chatting with 4 or 5 children on the second floor that day.
   I also saw a group of cyclists having a gathering...etc.

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. The boss carefully introduced the cakes to me to choose from.
2. The whole store feels like home (this part is a matter of opinion - purely based on feelings)
   On the day of the meal, regular customers and friends of the boss came to visit
   As soon as I opened the door, I heard the boss’ warm greeting🙋
   During the process, the boss chatted very warmly with regular customers.
   Regular customers will also give a big hug when they are leaving
   It makes me feel like this is a warm dessert shop (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

🍴Dining experience🍴:

1. Fresh strawberry cake $280/piece
   The strawberries on the outer ring are thinly sliced
   The strawberries inside are whole
   The cream is not too sweet and has enough milky flavor
   It’s a two-layered cake, and the cake in the middle won’t be moist either.
   After eating the upper layer, the lower layer does not feel like it is falling down.
   You won’t get tired of it until the end!
   We ate together for two people, the portion was enough
   Next time I want to try something with fruit flavor.
   Conclusion: 🌟4/5, there are a lot of strawberries, the cream is not sweet, and the price is a little expensive

2. Romantic Ballet (Raspberry Rose Oolong Tea) $160/pot
   I am a big fan of rosehip tea, a must try when you see it
   When ordering, the boss specifically stated that it is served in a pot and can be refilled.
   (Hot water bottles need to be served by yourself in the self-service area)
   The teacup set is so cute
   If you are afraid of sour berries, there is also honey included.
   I think fruit tea with a little honey is more palatable.
   If you order a pot of tea, you will get a piece of jam biscuit made by the boss himself.
   A bit hard in taste but very fragrant!
   Conclusion: 🌟5/5, I highly recommend rosehip tea, full of aroma 👍🏻

3. Earl Gray Milk Tea (Iced)
   It’s a milk tea with a strong tea flavor.
   No sugar added per se
   If necessary, you can ask the boss
   When it was first served, my friends and I exclaimed that the gradation of the milk tea was really beautiful.
   Both top and bottom are white, milk tea in the middle
   It’s easy to drink, but I personally don’t like milk tea very much🤣
   Leave it to everyone to taste it~
   Conclusion: 🌟3/5, the tea flavor is stronger and the milk flavor is lighter
