If you don't do some specific homework, you probably won't be able to find this shop. Also, it can be a bit inconvenient if you don't drive 🚗! But I think their noodles are quite special～ If you're passing by the area, it's definitely worth stopping in to take a portion to go! This shop is famous for its unique noodles 🍝~~

After I ordered what I wanted inside the shop, I was told to wait 25 to 30 minutes... But actually, the speed was very fast; I got it in about 15 to 20 minutes! Unfortunately, after I got it, I excitedly left the shop without immediately opening it to take a photo! Later, when I wanted to write a review, I realized I couldn't use a photo! So I just have to describe it a bit here… I ordered the ube-flavored noodles 🍝, so you can imagine that when I opened it, the whole bowl was filled with purple noodles 🥣～ The taste of purple sweet potato 🍠 is actually a bit sweet, but they prepared it like stir-fried noodles! Paired with some vegetables and meat… I actually think the flavor is very unique! And the portion is very large… Just right for me and a friend to share one portion! We even specifically ordered a purple cheese cake… but what we got was a purple pound cake! However, I wouldn't really recommend American cakes... This cake was just too sweet... We couldn't finish it and had to throw it away! It's not that it didn't taste good... it was really just too sweet to finish in one go!

Overall, I would highly recommend this place～ Because such a different type of noodle can stir up this kind of flavor, I think it's very special! If you have the chance, you should definitely give it a try～
