The restaurant has traditional aquariums where you can choose fresh fish. There are outdoor and indoor seating options; the outdoor area allows you to enjoy a natural breeze, while the indoor area has private booths on the second floor for those who need personal space. On the day of my visit, I sat indoors on the first floor and coincidentally experienced a malfunction with the air conditioning, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Cooked using a steaming method, but it was overcooked, resulting in the fresh milk clams significantly shrinking, and it's a pity that the broth was mostly gone.

Fresh grouper presented in a steaming style, allowing you to taste the fresh and sweet natural flavor of the fish. The restaurant wouldn’t dare to serve fish that isn’t fresh this way.

The ginger-infused soup paired with fresh fish allows you to experience the sweetness of the seafood. The fish is even better with a bit of soy sauce, and the soup doesn’t require much seasoning to be refreshing.

The dish lacks a bit of aroma, as there was too much water that didn’t evaporate, resulting in the fragrance not being released fully. Personally, I found this quite disappointing.

The refreshing water lily stems are perfect as a green vegetable for the table 🥬. The restaurant didn’t cut them specifically, so each stem is very long, providing a nice bite.

The restaurant’s service is fast, and they are capable of customizing dishes. The efficiency of clearing tables is impressive, and the attitude of the staff makes you feel very comfortable.
