Recently opened affordable hot pot, packed with crowds, I hadn't been able to visit until today, when I chose to come on a weekday to have a taste😋

Environment:

The environment is clean, and the overall space is well-designed so that the tables don’t feel too cramped. Plus, the air conditioning is adequately cool; if the air conditioning isn't cool enough, eating hot pot feels like a workout 😆

Self-Service Bar:

First, their self-service bar seems quite decent because there are four drink machines, offering everything from coffee to soda, slushies, and ice cream 😆. The instant noodles, vermicelli, and white rice, along with the braised pork sauce, are all available for unlimited servings 😳. The braised pork actually contains meat, not just gravy 😆 which I think is great 😌. It's truly a good place to replenish carbohydrates!

I especially recommend their soft serve ice cream 🍦; it’s really rich and not watery, comparable to rolled ice cream 🤤. Ice cream lovers must come and indulge‼️

Food:

Thai Grandma's Pot:
The Thai Grandma's pot has a flavor similar to Dongyang cuisine mixed with milk, giving it an exotic taste. If you love Thai Dongyang-style dishes, you should definitely try it out 😋.

Squid and Snail Garlic:
This soup base is unique to hot pots, and the flavor is actually quite good. The squid makes the broth increasingly fragrant as it cooks, but you need to keep adding broth to avoid it getting too salty.

Add-Ons:
Today I added a meat platter and spicy stinky tofu. Honestly, the meat platter is super generous—much more than what you’d get for the same price elsewhere. Meat lovers will definitely love this place 😆. It’s incredibly satisfying to eat😘. The stinky tofu is highly recommended too, bursting with flavor, and three large pieces provide immense satisfaction✌️.

In summary:

I didn’t expect that a hot pot could offer so many meat and vegetable options, but I personally feel that it’s better to have more vegetable choices and order meat separately. For big eaters, this would be more fulfilling 😊. Plus, the various payment methods provide us with more choices when settling the bill 👏.
