The restaurant offers a variety of Asian dishes, particularly hotpot and shabu-shabu. Guests can enjoy unlimited selections of meats and a buffet of seafood, vegetables, and more. There are multiple options for broth; the original flavor broth is suitable for seafood, while the bone broth has a texture similar to tonkotsu ramen.
This restaurant is actually quite famous in the area, and it's not my first time here. Whenever I miss Asian food, hot pot is always on the list 🍲. Especially this kind of shabu-shabu, where you can order unlimited meat and there's a buffet bar to choose different seafood 🦞 or vegetables 🥬, along with some rice or rice cakes! Of course, there are also some pre-cooked items, like fried crab 🦀 or Korean glass noodles, as well as various drinks and dipping sauces that you can choose from and mix freely!
This time we chose the original broth. I have tried the beef bone 🦴 broth and spicy beef broth before, and they actually have good flavor, but I think for a lighter option, the original flavor would be more preferable. Furthermore, seafood cooked in the original broth tastes better and retains the seafood's natural flavor!
Since this isn’t my first visit, I really recommend it for those who miss hot pot!
