Affordable noodle shop on Hengyang Road

When I go to work on Hengyang Road, I often see many people patronizing this noodle shop. The prices here are affordable and the taste is quite satisfactory, making it very suitable for office workers who work nearby to come and dine every day.

Soup: It has braised military village flavor, but it is very greasy, which is acceptable.

Beef: Use beef brisket. The meat is slightly tough to bite. It would be better if it could be stewed to be softer. Personally, I prefer the taste of beef tendon.

The dining environment in the store is relatively average. I plan to try the fried pork ribs here next time, hoping for new surprises.

This noodle restaurant is located near Taipei Main Station. On weekdays, the entire restaurant is packed with office workers just coming to eat. However, there are quite a few seats and the table turnover rate is quite fast, so you don’t have to wait too long.

The most famous ones here are probably the beef noodles and fried pork ribs noodles. Almost every table has a plate of fried pork ribs. It looks really delicious, but I don’t want to eat fried food and beef today, so I chose a simple one. Mustard Pork Noodles

There was a lot of pickled mustard, but I didn’t see a lot of shredded pork. There was also some cabbage; however, ginger was added, so those who don’t like ginger should be careful.
The portion of noodles is quite large, but the noodles are overcooked, and the sauce seems to be thickened, and the taste doesn't scratch the itch. I personally don't like it (I added a little chili sauce later, which saved it a little bit) the taste of)
All in all, although the price is not expensive, this bowl of noodles is more like a rough meal. I personally would not want to repurchase it a second time.

Mixed braised food $40
I think this plate is a great value. You can eat dried tofu, kelp and 100-page tofu at one time. The price is quite cheap.

p.s. I saw that the customers at other tables ordered fried tofu, which is only $40, but it looks delicious. I will try it if I come back next time.
