和風楽麺 四代目ひのでや 大宮店

1 review
Ramen | ¥1,500~¥1,500

AI Spot Summary

Hinodeya Ramen is a light Japanese-style ramen characterized by the flavors of scallops and bonito, and its special clam ramen, which offers a variety of toppings, is also appealing. The scallop rice can be enjoyed as a chazuke (rice in tea) style, but on its own, it has a synthetic taste.

The interior has many counter seats, and the customer base is evenly split between men and women, creating an atmosphere that is easy for a woman to enter alone.

Cash only with meal tickets. The service is average, but there are no particularly notable points.

Hinodeya Ramen, incredibly popular in America!

The fourth-generation head of the establishment, who trained at the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine, has created a Japanese-style ramen soup that utilizes traditional cooking techniques. The soup has a refreshing flavor enhanced by seafood broth. They use different noodles than the main store.

Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats with a relatively large number of seats, and the customer ratio is about half men and half women. It's easy for a woman to enter alone.

It operates on a ticket purchase system, cash only.

My order:
🥕Special Clam Ramen ¥1880
🥕Hinodeya Ramen ¥1180
🥕Scallop Rice ¥300

  • Special Clam Ramen
The special features a rich variety of toppings, including seaweed, pumpkin, clams, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), shiitake mushrooms, chashu (braised pork), spinach, and tsukune (chicken meatballs). I'm happy to see so many clams included 💓. The soup has a clean, flavorful broth! The noodles used are wavy and have a chewy texture. This is definitely worth repeating. The taste is worth the slightly higher price!

  • Hinodeya Ramen
This bowl is packed with exquisite flavors of scallops and bonito. Unlike the clam ramen soup, this one is refreshing yet has a taste reminiscent of a soy sauce base. It's also addictive.

  • Scallop Rice
This can also be enjoyed like ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) when you pour the soup over it! The soup pairs better with the scallop-based Hinodeya ramen. On its own, the rice has a somewhat artificial taste. I felt it had the flavor of scallop and salmon flakes, so I wouldn't repeat this order.
