"AW Cafe Wine Bistro" is located near Daan Station, about a 7-minute walk from Exit 4. It's a small space, but it’s a cozy coffee and wine bistro.
During breakfast and lunch, most customers enjoy brunch or light salads, but in the evening, it transforms into a bistro serving dinners like pasta, along with various appetizers.
The business is quite good, so if you want to dine here, it's recommended to make an online reservation in advance!
Chicken Leg Brunch $380
Includes chicken leg, two slices of toast, soft-boiled egg, mixed green salad, and fruit yogurt. This brunch is nutritionally balanced, with no highly processed foods, and I find the portion to be quite sufficient; a woman with a normal appetite should be satisfied. The toast seems to be sourdough, which has a hint of sourness that I personally don't particularly enjoy; the soft-boiled egg is good and doesn't fall apart; the dressing on the salad is quite refreshing, and the greens maintain their crispness; the fruit yogurt contains grapefruit, which is seasonal, and it seems to have honey added, which I really like! The thickness of the chicken leg is satisfying, with no chicken odor, a definite thumbs up!
Avocado and Seasonal Vegetable Salad $380
The salad is quite large, with generous portions of avocado, along with roasted zucchini, roasted pumpkin, and baby corn. If you want something healthy, this bowl should be filling enough, the only downside is that the zucchini is a bit bitter.
Fried Combo (Fries, Fried Oysters) $550
The fries seem to have truffle salt, which makes them a bit salty but delicious; they really keep you wanting more! The fried oysters are quite large, about 6 pieces, but they do have a slight seafood taste, and they taste better with ketchup.
Ice Cream Apple Pie $200
The vanilla ice cream is tasty, and the apple pie is generously filled with real ingredients, with a very crispy crust. I know it's definitely not good for weight gain, but I couldn’t stop eating it! (My friend said it has a cinnamon taste, but I thought it was fine.)
Basque Cheesecake $180
It’s a big and dense slice; it’s good, but not particularly surprising. If I could only choose one dessert, I would pick the apple pie.
Hot Latte $160 (If ordered with brunch, there’s a $60 discount)
Well... it’s just a regular latte—neither bitter nor particularly memorable.
The staff are very friendly and considerate. Since we ordered too much, they noticed that the table they arranged for us was a bit small, and proactively asked if we wanted to move to a bigger one; there’s a 2-hour limit, but they didn’t rush us to leave.
